NEW YORK TIMES ︎︎︎REPLACED NEWS. NEW YORK TIMES ︎︎︎REPLACED NEWS. NEW YORK TIMES ︎︎︎REPLACED NEWS.
Instead of reading authentic news, people prefer to consume news from second-hand sources like friends, colleagues, social media etc. Unfortunately by then the news would have changed to opinions. The New York Times wanted to let people see the danger in this.

Role: Concept + Copy
On a given day, we took over the front page of The New York Times and replaced it with several thousands of unique front pages. Each front page was named after a person and filled from top to bottom with the person’s opinion of the actual from page of the day.
On flipping the front page, the original news was then visible along with a call to action message.
